Payment

We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments via World Pay and also a payment gateway via PayPal. The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to NK Sports have cleared in full.

Order Notes

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in pound sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. NK Sports monitor prices on a daily basis. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, NK Sports reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

Delivery

Your order will be dispatched in two to five working days with Royal Mail or an alternative courier service. However, this may not always be possible, on occasion we may need to make additional checks on your credit card - this might delay your order.

Please note if a product is in extremely high demand we may need to re-order it from our suppliers. If there are any problems fulfilling your order we will contact you within one working day. While every effort is made to ensure that products, images, prices, colours and personalisation options are correct at the time of being posted on the NK Sports website, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, personalisation or product changes. All colours are approximate.

By choosing the Royal Mail as our official supplier we hope to deliver your items with the morning or second post, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur in transit. Where requested packages can be sent using the Express Delivery to ensure their speedy and safe arrival.

Current Delivery Costs are as follows:

Our delivery charges are calculated on a weight basis. For items up to 100g the cost is £1.49 with a typical pair or trainers weighing approx 1kg costing £4.19. Your shipping estimate will always display in the checkout before you commit to your purchase allowing you to always see the extra postage cost to be added. Any order over £100 in total will entitle you to free delivery as long as all items are sent together unless agreed separately.

Credit Card Security

Once you reach the checkout page you will be redirected to the World Pay or PayPal payment gateway, this is a Secure Order Processing page. Once the payment has been processed you will be directed back to the NK Sports website.

Returns Policy & Guarantee

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online or telephone purchase anytime from the moment the order is placed and up to seven working days from the day after the goods are received. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within seven days of receiving your parcel.

If you change your mind after this date, please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within fourteen days of receiving the parcel, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. NK Sports will not be liable for the cost to return goods.

Please note all returns must be in their original packaging. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or miss-described.
